• With the KILIA Program Control (KPC) and the installation connexion program (AiO) different processing units (e. g. Frozen Meat Breakers, Mixing Systems, Automatic Angle Mincers, Weighing Systems, Emulsifiers, etc.) can be combined to complete processing installations.
• With a special software, developed for optimizing emulsions, a quick reaction to changes in the raw material is possible. This does not only lead to a steady batch quality but also reduces the costs for raw material by approximately 15%.
• The KILIA Process Visualisation and Documentation software (KPV), allows to visualise and document production processes, e.g. of bowl cutters, mixers or mixer-grinders, relating to batch and operator. Therefore it is an indispensable component for batch traceability as prescribed by EU regulation 178/2002.
