The KILIA domain – meat processing from bucher work shops to large industries
Not only the company name does show it – meat processing is our profession. Producing minced meat products as well as sausages of all styles is the main application for our machines. Of course we also provide technological advice on topics around your production. For the development of new recipes, we do - as only manufacturer – offer a 30 Ltr. vacuum-cooking bowl cutter with all functions available on big production machines. Our experience with recipes comprises all important product groups, e.g. hamburgers, cevapcici, döner kebab, raw sausage (from course to fine, from cuttable to spreadable consistency), boiled and cooked sausage (a multitude of different regional standards, including helal products), as well as rind emulsion or other special products.
