KILIA machines are used in virtually every thinkable food cutting or emulsifying process.
Here are just a few examples: Frozen Food production: In this field of food industry there are several applications for cutting and / or mixing machines. Main focus is certainly the production of so called “pizza-topping” (cheese, vegetables, etc.), which preferably are granulated and mixed into an easy to  portion form with KILIA bowl cutters. Sweets industry:  Here as well KILIA automatic angle mincers as well as bowl cutters are widely used. E.g. faulty bars of chocolate can be minced, the result then being used for cookie production. Also, the production of high quality marzipan in bowl cutters is a good and time-saving possibility. Baby food: These products are also often produced in bowl cutters or vacuum-cooking bowl cutters. The standard unloading device, here mostly is exchanged against a pump system. Processing of frozen juice concentrates: Such concentrates usually are available in block form. For their breaking into smaller pieces, the KILIA breaker of series SP are a good solution, as the machine technological advantages of fast but gentle breaking with very low temperature increase are sought after. Their low noise emission is an additional advantage.
